Fall Favorites: Palettes

Since it is September and the autumnal equinox is approaching, I thought I would do a series of fall favorites.  Today:  my favorite palettes!

LORAC Croc Palette:  I don't think this is available anymore.  It has been one of my favorites for autumn for years.  It has 3 shimmery eyeshadow shades (pink champagne, light rosy gold, and pinky milk chocolate), and one matte chocolate shade, along with a matte dusty rose blush.

Chanel Les Quatres Ombres Mystères:  This was limited edition years ago.  I usually use this one with a damp brush to really intensify the colors, which are a shimmery jade green, shimmery red plum, shimmery golden orange, and shimmery cool brown.

Sonia Kashuk Jewel of an Eye Palette:  This is a new introduction for fall from Sonia Kahuk.  I think jewel tones are great for autumn and winter to go with the cozy feel of sweaters and boots. These shadows are gorgeous.  They are soft and pigmented, and have so many colors for a variety of different looks.  I like that the rows are color coordinated (purples, blues/greens, plums, browns).

SEPHORA+PANTONE UNIVERSE Color Theory Shadow Block in Eclipsed:  The olive green and golden topaz colors seem so perfect for fall.  The emerald green gives a great pop of color on the lower lashes.

Wet 'n' Wild 8 Pan Eyeshadow Palette in Comfort Zone: Deep olive-y warm greens, along with beautiful shimmery neutral browns.  They really remind me of the colors of nature during the fall.

Urban Decay Naked Palette:  This one works for anytime of the year, so why not include it here!  I do think the warm browns and coppers (Half Baked, Smog, and Toasted are my faves) are perfect for cooler weather.

Funnily enough, it doesn't feel like fall today--it's 95 degrees here in Detroit, but it is supposed to be in the sixties this weekend.  Time to break out the fall fashions!  I wouldn't be surprised of the temps got back into the high 70s or 80s next week...

What are some of your favorite fall palettes?
